15. Subscriptions and Payments

Veciz AI offers an auto-renewable subscription ("Premium").

• Length & price: 1 month, $3.99/month (prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase).
• Free trial: new accounts receive a 3-day Premium trial; no credit card is required to start.
• Billing: payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel: you can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policy; we do not process refunds directly.
• Fair use: Premium includes generous fair-use limits: up to 50 followed channels, up to 1,500 channel summaries per month, 300 video URL summaries per month, and 600 AI questions per month. When a limit is reached, additional summaries are not generated for that account until the limit resets at the start of the next month. Automated, excessive, or abusive usage may be rate-limited or suspended.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or arbitration.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. You'll be notified via:

• In-app notification
• Email (if enabled)
• Updated "Last Updated" date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
